Everything we do is for

Wellness & Empowerment

We have a broad range of programs

including youth mentoring, social work case management, women's empowerment, and tutoring services. But the one thing in common with every one of our initiatives is that it advances the wellness and empowerment of New Americans in the Fargo-Moorhead community.

Inclusion

Inclusion in the community not only fosters a sense of belonging and acceptance for all individuals, but also enhances the diversity and vibrancy of our community itself. Embracing inclusion ensures that the unique perspectives, talents, and contributions of every member are recognized and valued, ultimately leading to a more compassionate, and thriving community.

Wellness

We use the Wellness Wheel as a conceptual model to represent the different dimensions of an individual's well-being, including physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, and environmental aspects. It serves as our framework for our programs, to ensure that each client achieves overall wellness in their lives.

Empowerment

Empowerment is crucial for individuals as it enables them to realize their full potential, make informed decisions, and take control of their lives. When individuals feel empowered, they become more resilient, self-confident, and motivated, leading to personal growth and a positive impact on their communities and society as a whole.
